LYCHEE

Lychees have a tender and acidic flesh, which leaves a refreshing pink taste on the palate as they arrive at your table fresh and fully ripe. They are usually pink to dark red on the outside, and pearly on the inside. It is a sweet fruit with a fine consistency, bringing to the dishes, in addition to new flavours and colors, a good amount of nutrients.

Lychee should be kept cold until the moment of consumption, the adequate temperature being around 2-4 degrees centigrade with a humidity of approximately 90%.
