STAR FRUIT

It is a Tropical fruit rich in vitamin C ideal for mixing in fruit salads along with others like banana, grape or pineapple. In addition, it can be mixed with vegetables such as tomatoes, cucumbers or celery due to its acidic taste.

The starfruit can be kept for up to 6 weeks at temperatures between 5°C and 7°C degrees approximately with 90-95% relative humidity.
